 USBT/PAL AA Management

The Management of the USBT Alumni Association shall be vested in the Executive Committee of 7 members, who shall be elected for a 2-year term.
Candidates for election must be proposed by one member and seconded by another.
Candidates must have been members for not less than one (1) year prior to the election date, and must not be disqualified by arrears. The inaugural Executive Committee is exempted from this clause.
The Executive Committee shall be elected at the Annual General Meeting to be held at NAFSA's Annual Conference.
One (1) Honorary Auditor shall be elected at each Annual General Meeting. He/She shall not be a member of the Executive Committee. He/She shall certify the financial statements prepared by the Treasurer for presentation at the following Annual General Meeting.
