All Members of the USBT Advisers Association shall enjoy equal rights and privileges irrespective of their membership classification.

All members who are not disqualified elsewhere in the regulations and conditions shall be entitled to attend all activities and all General Meetings of the Advisers. These entitlements may be accorded subject to the payment of whatever special fees or charges as the Executive Committee may determine.

All members shall be of good moral character and shall uphold the good name and goals of the Advisers.

Members shall notify the Secretary-General in writing of any changes in his/her address, place of employment or any other personal particulars required by the Executive Committee. Members shall be deemed to have received any notice that is sent to the address of the members as shown on the record of the Alumni.

Members may be liable to be expelled from the USBT Advisers Association by the Executive Committee on the ground of professional malpractice, misconduct, default in arrears or conduct bringing disrepute to the Advisers. The member shall have the right to appeal to the Executive Committee, whose decision is final.
