The Fulbright Faculty Development grants are available in all fields described in the Fulbright Scholar Program. Teaching faculty and scholars under the age of 35, who do not yet have a terminal academic degree ("kandidat" or doctorate), who are either teaching at institutions of higher learning or are affiliated with academic or cultural institutions, including libraries and museums may apply, provided they meet all other general requirements of the Fulbright Program.
