Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program for Mid-Career Professionals

Ten-month, non-degree program for mid-career professionals who have a completed professional degree and at least five years of substantial and progressive professional experience in the corresponding field. Candidates should have demonstrated leadership abilities, dedication to public service, self-guidance and professional potential. The program is designed for policy-makers, planners, administrators and managers, and it is expected that candidates will be focused on policy issues rather than research. English proficiency is required.

  • Economic Development
  • Finance and Banking
  • Substance Abuse Treatment and Prevention
  • HIV/AIDS Policy and Prevention
  • Natural Resources/Environmental Policy/Climate Change
  • Public Health Policy and Management
  • Urban and Regional Planning
  • Educational Administration, Planning and Policy
  • Public Policy Analysis and Public Administration

APPLICATIONS ARE SUBMITTED ELECTRONICALLY

Consultation for H. Humphrey Program applicants on writing essays and the application process will be conducted on April 20, 2010 and April 27, 2010 at 16:00 at the Public Affairs Section, 4 Hlybochytska Str., Kyiv. In order to attend a consultation, interested individuals must register by 17:00, correspondingly, on April 16 and April 23 with the coordinator via the e-mail. Registered individuals will receive confirmation of registration via e-mail.
